John Vance found his love for photography at the age of 10 when he received his first 35mm. He has come a long way from hand developing film in his bathroom, to operating a private studio where he has completed shoots for a variety of clients. His appreciation of music, drawing, painting and creative writing were derived a bit sooner. As a child he sang and played the violin. He later learned to keep a beat with a few other instruments. After listening to the Beatles and Van Morrison he found a deeper discernment for lyrics and began writing poetry and songs. Despite his kaelidoscopic love for the arts, John derives the most satisfaction from the capturing of moments.
